hi guys. lol. i m TOTALLY KO KNOCK-OUT CMI CANNT MAKE IT LOL.

coz hor my sit-up 31, standin board 173(wal lau last time 181 -.- !!!), incline hand 25, sit & reach 31+, shutter run 11.3 -.- 1st time GRADE B CMI(normally A :'() & 2.4km lol sure CMI i think even longer than 17mins :S oops ;p. coz i v slow. i was behind most of LA girls & i was still slower ;p. nvr catch up wif them on time. haiz.

lol. nvm. jus dun get bronze can liao lol. msn: laughing while cover mouth.

it was frm 8.30+ till 11+ today. lesson only got LSM for abt an hr.

zoey's leg was in pain due to her old injury. she still believes in being true sportswoman despite havin felt so pain over her leg & she wanna do it again. coz she ran durin 2.4km her timing was 14min+. but hidayat even faster~! pro. wahaha.

then after havin lunch after sch, i reached home abt 3 then zZz frm 3+ to 5 hehe. coz last nite only zZz for 4hrs or even less again lol.
